We accept returns for most products within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the items are in their original, unused condition. No merchandise shall be returned after 30 days. All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Special Orders: Custom or special-order items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Electrical Tools, Drills, Taps, and Dies: Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on electrical tools, drills, taps, or dies once the packaging has been opened.
