High Density Zircomax

HIGH DENSITY Flexovit ZIRCOMAX TYPE 27 and TYPE 29 HIGH DENSITY FLAP DISCS are made with an extra thick layering of premium zirconia abrasive cloth backed by a high strength fiberglass disc.

METAL, STAINLESS, ALUMINUM: Zirconia Alumina: Extra Long Life: Zircomax high density discs are available in four grits, 40, 60, 80 and 120 with a fiberglass backing plate. These extra thick, high density discs deliver twice the material removal of our Zircotex Premium discs. They provide extremely long life and are the most productive flap disc. Available in Type 27 or Type 29, with a 7/8 arbor or a 5/8-11 spin-on zinc hub.
